Having lived and travelled in many different African countries, I was induced to open a door to the continent by way of my art. The journey took me on an amazing safari across desert, through jungle and over open savannah, where I captured my passion for people, landscape and wildlife in my work.
When I moved to Bagan in Myanmar (Burma) I was inspired by a contrasting culture and discovered that, in the land of golden temples, ordinary but courageous citizens were willing to share the laughter in their lives, despite the adversity they are forced to face.
Now, back here in Europe, I continue to support conservation projects in the countries I once lived by portraying my memories on canvas and paper.
